The Starlite Saloon runs starlitesaloon.com. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Party requests: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the date, group size and anything you write in the form.
- Performer sign-ups: your act’s name and details, your name, phone, email, rate, availability and the links you send.
- Text club: your mobile number and a record of your consent: when you signed up, the wording you agreed to and your connection’s IP address.
- Server logs: like every website, our host keeps basic logs such as IP addresses and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To plan your party, to consider and book performers, and to send the text messages you signed up for.
- We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Text messages
Text club members get about one message a week with our lineup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We use your number only to send you our texts. We never share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Maps, reviews and cookies
Some pages show a Google Map and reviews from Google. When you view the map, Google may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy. This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
Keeping or deleting your information
We keep requests and sign-ups only as long as we need them. To see, change or delete what we have about you, call us at (910) 741-0356 or email thestarlitesaloon@gmail.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
